What this filter does: The stones in the filter are made of Calcium Sulfite. When the stones come in contact with the Chlorine present in the water it converts the Chlorine into harmless Chloride. In tandem with this, we also have the filter sponge which acts to catch anything else that may be in your water. This ensures that a majority of Total Dissolved Solids are stopped and pure water emerges.
